What is Tap Mode?

Tap Mode is a tap dance teaching program for studios. It takes students from Pre 1 through Level 10, pairing progressive exercises with demonstration and explanation videos, original Soundmoda music and end-of-level routines.

A strong tap class needs more than a list of steps. Teachers need material they can deliver with confidence, and students need music, challenge and a sense of progress. Tap Mode brings those pieces together so studios can build a tap pathway that lasts.

Founded by dance educator Mitch Hicks, the program combines tap foundations with a practical structure for the modern studio.
